If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your use of the services requires the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to be bound by these terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18 (or the age of majority), you hereby unconditionally agree to these terms, as well as any additional terms that may be applicable, and are fully responsible for any actions or omissions of such user in connection with our services.

The games and applications we provide are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Use by any organization, company, or business is strictly forbidden. The following products and services are available for commercial use:

• Developer Platform: This includes frameworks, APIs, and other solutions accessible through the console panel.

• Business Solutions: These are applications or WebApps specifically designed and offered for business use.

• Open Source: Any of our products or services released under an open-source license can be used commercially.

In addition, if you have previously been suspended or removed from our Services, you will not be permitted to use them again. Finally, it is important to note that certain services may not be available in all jurisdictions, and we reserve the right to establish additional eligibility requirements for the use of such services.

These Services are provided from within Brazil. Accessing them from outside Brazil is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and regulations. To ensure compliance with local laws and requirements where our Services are officially available, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for residents of those territories.

Account registration may be required to access some or all of our Services. You must provide accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for your account's security and all activity under it. Immediately report any unauthorized access. Sharing account credentials is prohibited, and you will be held responsible for any activity by those you share them with. 

Using a single Vanelton ID account by multiple people/organizations for solutions like the developer panel, frameworks, and APIs is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and you agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws and regulations. Absent prior express written authorization from Vanelton Media & Software, any modification, sale, resale, or commercial use of our services or products not expressly identified as exceptions hereunder is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized distribution of such services, including making them available on other platforms, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal sanctions.   

The following exceptions apply to these prohibitions:

• Frameworks and APIs provided through the developer panel as solutions: Permitted for commercial use.

• Open-source products or services: Permitted for commercial use, free distribution, and modification.

Certain of our services are accessible solely through a paid license, which may be acquired as a one-time purchase or via a monthly subscription. Furthermore, certain services offer the option of in-app purchases, including, but not limited to, virtual items and game credits. 

The use of our services on platforms not authorized by us or by third parties designated by us is strictly prohibited. Any unlawful use of these services, including reverse engineering or the use of software capable of falsifying licenses, may result in appropriate legal action. 

For these licensed services, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee commencing upon purchase confirmation. Refund requests may be submitted through our designated email support channel, and a reason for the request must be provided. We request your candor in describing the reason for your request to facilitate our understanding of customer needs and enable us to implement service improvements.

We may make available various types of digital content, credits, currencies, or other virtual items, for which you may obtain a limited license to use through the Services or otherwise receive a limited license. It is important for you to understand that while you may “acquire,” “buy,” or “earn” Virtual Items on our Services, you do not legally own these Virtual Items, and their value does not represent any real-world credit balance or equivalent. Any “virtual currency” balance displayed in your account does not constitute a real-world balance and does not reflect any stored value, but rather is a measure of the extent of your limited license.

Users are strictly prohibited from trading, selling, or otherwise commercially offering credits or virtual items on our Services, nor are you permitted to trade your account using real-world funds or any other form of payment.

These provisions apply to all content related to our Services, including, but not limited to, external communities, audiovisual content, and other public postings. While we encourage the creation of constructive content, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Services in cases of defamatory or derogatory content. The use of chats must be guided by mutual respect; offensive, discriminatory (including, without limitation, hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other characteristics protected by law) or illegal language is strictly prohibited.

We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and safe community for all users, regardless of age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other characteristic. Harassment of any nature, including unsolicited sexual comments, unwanted advances, stalking, cyberbullying, or any form of intimidation, directed at any user, especially women, children, and adolescents, is strictly prohibited and will result in the appropriate sanctions. Disrespectful, invasive or unsolicited conversations, particularly of a sexual nature, constitute harassment. Exploitation, abuse, exposure to risk or sexualization of children and adolescents will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Violation of these provisions may result in sanctions, including permanent suspension of the account and/or the initiation of legal action. Linking our services or brands to illegal activities will result in severe penalties. Communities created for the use of our services must comply with these guidelines; communities that post hateful or illegal content will result in the suspension of the associated accounts, regardless of the user's direct involvement in such activities. We are exempt from any liability for damages caused by third parties to the personal lives of users associated with such entities.

We confirm that these Terms of Service are intended to protect our rights and the rights of all users of our services, as well as to clarify the use, limitations, licenses and other pertinent aspects set forth herein. In the event that any term is declared invalid by a competent authority, we will make efforts to correct it in order to avoid any misunderstandings or distorted interpretations. The provisions contained herein apply to all of our services, although we reserve the right to analyze each specific case individually. To users who observe these Terms, we commit to providing the best possible support, with the aim of ensuring a positive, safe and inclusive experience.
